During a stroll through London today I saw this plant sculpture, it was made for the queen's jubilee and is made up of thousands of plants. If you want to see it for yourself its in St. James's Park right outside Buckingham Palace.

Purple Carrots!
Got these from Borough Market, they have the look and feel and even taste of regular carrots but with a deep purple colour. I had the privilege of peeling and cutting them and everything was stained purple especially my hands.

Jubilee Concert
The Diamond Jubilee concert was incredible. The setting: Buckingham Palace, The acts: Elton John, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and more!, The attendees: The royals themselves!! and other politicians and celebrities. It was amazing just to be there. For this post I'm just going to share my best pictures from the fireworks display that closed the show.

Queens Diamond Jubilee

A street down from where I work was all decked out for a street party over the weekend, no such luck on my little street in Tooting.
